jbones92563 Origin doesn't work in Windows anymore; you'd need to use the EA App. Try opening the App itself and launching Sims 4 through your game library.
If you can't open the App, download a fresh copy of its installer and run it. You should get the option to repair the App, so choose that and see whether it works.
