I have tried all of the above and the two new kits still won't download. It shows them both in the manage add-ons with a download box next to it and everytime I click download it doesn't do anything.
@mgreenbaby2012 Does this happen with Origin too, or can you not use Origin anymore?

No I can no longer use orgin, it forces me to use ea.
@mgreenbaby2012 Do you have the CAS Demo installed?
Please also look within the game's program files for any folders related to these packs. By default, Sims 4 will be installed into one of these locations:
Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4
Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4
Let me know whether you see SP36 and SP37 folders directly inside the Sims 4 folder. If you do, please delete them and try the steps in the first post again.
I don't have the cas demo, and those folders are not in my files. I'm still unable to download the two new kits. It's says I own the kits and the download button is present but when I click on it it does nothing still ☹️
Are they working on this issue? I hope they fix it and release an update soon.
