I also got this! Super frustrating they pump out a sale advertise it every where but then can take your money without any clear indication of when the error will be fixed or warning that they are having technical difficulties before purchase
@missbeckie Please try the suggestions in the first post on page one. They've helped most if not all of the people who've posted back.
ive tried everything in this thread, and sadly nothing has worked, i tried downloading origins but it just keeps saying it cant go online right now. im not sure what to do at this point, customer service cant even tell me whats going on at
@katelynisbatman Are you specifically trying to download the new kits, or some other content? Have you been able to download other packs since you installed the EA App?
