Can't use gallary or marketplace

It appears everything is connected and working but when you go into the marketplace or the gallery you can't download anything at all, sometimes you can't even add it to your library or Heart It, uploading to the gallery is also a problem it loads forever and then finally says that it timed out, y'all broke it, please for the love of God fix it properly, I would really like to be able to get more packs but there's no way to purchase any of it because y'all broke it again! How are y'all supposed to make money when you break it? Picture included, it does this with all the owned content as well
