[Outdated] Pastel Pop, Everyday Clutter Kits download/install issues

This thread was written a year ago and has been superceded by current, more relevant threads.  For anyone reading this thread, please use this master thread for DLC that was purchased through the EA ...

Kind of the same just that my expansion pack kit etc is missing pastel pop kit everyday clutter and bathroom clutter kit

    @xxLightningDust  Please provide a few more details.  Which packs are missing, and are any of your packs working?  Do they show as owned in the EA App?  Did you buy them from the App, from Origin, or from Steam?
