oven will not work, application freezes (as of september 2021 update)

ever since the new update I haven't been able to cook a meal using the stove/oven. as soon as I select "cook," the grey color comes over the screen but the menu with the food selections never pops u...

    @eiwish666 Are you using TOOL or CleanUI or other mods by TwistedMexi ?

    If so, please make sure to get the newest version of those.

Same here. Really frustrating because I did not save for a really long time and I am doing the new scenario things.

I got all extension except the kits. Got the November 2nd patch. No mod at all. 

Don't know what to do about it 😕

    @enaxordracis Does it happen each time ? Since this was mod related and you don't have any mods it's best if you make your own thread, giving some more details.

      i dont understand why you said it is mod releted as the first person to ask help did not say that she used mods. 

      however, the game stayed frozen 2 days. untils I right clic on the task bar and select "close window" then, going back in the game I had the option to "save and quit", "quit" or "cancel". I DID try "cancel" but the game stayed frozen. so I chose "save and quit" and it seems to saved the games befor closing it.
