I have purchased a city living pack on February 2nd, 2025 & have been playing since June. I log back on and my pack is gone and they want me to repurchase. Please help or direct me to someone. I am on a windows 11.

For example, do you see the transaction for City Living if you check your order history on this account? If it's not there, you might be logged into a completely different account that only contains the free version of The Sims 4.
