Pack disappearance
I have purchased a city living pack on February 2nd, 2025 & have been playing since June. I log back on and my pack is gone and they want me to repurchase. Please help or direct me to someone. I am on a windows 11.

Hey 6c5601cf73f49e53 , did you make sure you are logged into the correct account? For example, do you see the transaction for City Living if you check your order history on this account? If it's not there, you might be logged into a completely different account that only contains the free version of The Sims 4.
