I'm sorry I didn't find how to reach out the live support team, but I checked my Order History and found out I actually had bought Dream Home Decorator 28.12.2021 at the same time with Cottage Living. I was very confused until I talked with my sister and she said I had bought Dream Home Decorator for her as a gift. I had totally forgotten about that! So I guess that explains how it is linked to my account?
