[Pack not released yet] Can't Download Horse Ranch Bonus Content?

I’ve tried running origin as administrator and everything and it just won’t work. I’m really annoyed because I was excited for this pack. I’ve restarted my computer, cleared the cache- nothing is working.

yeah me too. i just preordered yesterday. what do we do now? i’m reinstalling the base game and packs now. but as it’s all installing and downloading the download error still shows up…but it’s still installing everything else.

    @erinwalsh297 its not ready to download yet, 10am pacific time is when you can download it

    1pm eastern and 10am pacific time is when the expansion will be available to download
