Every time I go to play sims it launches up and it says I don’t have any of my packs, so then I repair the game and if that doesn’t work I clear the cache and vice versa, then it’ll fix it but the next time I go to play the game again all my packs are broken again, I’m sick of having to sit there for an hour and A half fixing the game when I want to play, does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
@0k2tofz7kzm3 What antivirus do you use? Do you run some kind of cleaner app that might be deleting data? It's possible some critical files are being removed, and repairing or clearing the App's cache is restoring the information.
I don’t have any antivirus or cleaning software that I know of.
@0k2tofz7kzm3 When you have time, please uninstall Sims 4 with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine) and reinstall it into a new location, specifically a folder you create for this exact purpose. The folder should be on the root level of the drive of your choice, for example C:\Games is fine, but not C:\Program Files\Games. It's worth clean-uninstalling the EA App with Revo while you're at it. Instructions are here, even though the thread overall is about a different issue:
