@Robin9139 Are your EA and Epic accounts currently properly linked? Even if you think so, please test. Open an EA website (this one is fine) in a private browser window and try to login with your Epic credentials. If you land in the correct EA account, everything's fine; if something else happens, let me know.
If your accounts are properly linked, please also clarify whether the Epic-owned DLC is missing from your EA App library, or only in-game; and whether Epic still thinks you own the content.
I already fixed it, in the end I had to do some weird things to relink it but not make the EA app think I had the sims 4 through Epic Games, which broke my game when it happened.
