PC Choppy Camera

After installing Businesses and Hobbies, the in-game camera constantly lags and stutters.

I already tried lowering my graphic settings.

I don’t have mods. This is a fresh install of the game on a brand new PC manufactured in 2020. All of my drivers are up-to-date.
