Half of the information in the DxDiag is missing because it has also crashed.
- Press the Windows key and R at the same time.
- Enter "dxdiag /dontskip" (Without the quotes.) into the new Windows > Press ENTER
- Wait until the green bar has disappeared, then create a new DxDiag text document.
- Load it up here.

The WER (Windows Error Reporting) section of the DxDiag is still empty.
- Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
- In the new Window, type or copy and paste "%LOCALAPPDATA%\CrashDumps" (Without the quotation marks) > Press ENTER
- Check to see if there are any "*.dmp" files named after the game exe in the ".Local\CrashDumps" folder.
- If there are no *.dmp files in this folder check in "%SystemRoot%\minidump"
- Zip 2 - 3 ">Game.exe<.dmp" or minidump files together and upload them at a free file hosting service like Dropbox or you can use your OneDrive "public" folder
- Post the link here.
