Perfect Patio Stuff Pack

I purchased the Perfect Patio Stuff pack yesterday night (June 23) and it said it would be in my game after everything downloaded. I waited about 20 minutes and got on my game, nothing was there. I had my sister log of for a few minutes (we share an account) and when she got on, nothing was there. I waited another few hours and got back on one last time, nothing was still there. Now, about 10 hours later, me nor my sister have been on all night, I checked this morning and nothing was still there. My order history says everything is 100% transferred, so why is nothing from the pack there? I do have CC in my game so I don't know if that would have anything to do with it? My sister had no CC though, so shouldn't it at least work on her game?

    @Rossellahunter Hey, can you check the DLC section for the main TS4 game, and see if that shows the DLC? Right-click the panel in Origin and choose the View Game Details button. Scroll down and you should see the Perfect Patio Stuff panel. Check if this gives you the option to download again, or if it prompts you to purchase the DLC?
