Hi
I've bought The Sims through Origin in the lockdown, but haven't really played it since.
Wanted to get back to it, but actually have a full "childhood" experience and play in polish.
I've downloaded the new EA app, change the app settings to polish, changed laptop setting to polish and uninstalled the game, but when reinstalling the only available language was english.
Is there a way to actually make it work? I'm finding it very frustrating as it's digital version and surely all options should be available?

If you're only seeing the option for English, it sounds like you may have the wrong region-version attached to your account. We aren't able to look into this or change this version here on the forums, but you can contact live support to have them review the entitlements for your account and get the correct version added.
Please reach out to the live support team from the help site here so they can look into this further with you. I'd also recommend you attach this AHQ conversation when you reach out so the team has further information to reference.

Thanks for your response.
I had been on that page in the first place but it directed me here.
I have now tried again and it won't let me to start the case.
Please see attached
1.I clicked on my cases - start a new case.
2. It took me to the game selection.
3. After selecting the case there's no option to proceed with the case.
Could you please advise as feel that I'm missing something.
I went into account settings and changed Country and Language to polish - could this potentially help?

@eloela94 Switching the info on the EA Help site to Polish may have impacted your ability to access support options. I don't know for sure, but I do know that English-language help is the easiest to access in general. If you still can't get anywhere, try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
If you can't contact support that way either, please post back, and hopefully EA_Solaire will have further suggestions.
