Please help would be great

Please some one help, the last week I have had absolute stress I have bought a laptop (gaming laptop) has everything needed to run the sims 4. I have recently had to move the sims to my Drive D folder as I have 1TB storage on that one were as the local drive C only has 120GB anyway moving forwards I have managed to re locate my sims 4 over and I have had to reset the laptop I have gone through new mods numerous times and the sims 4 runs for about 10min then just closes unexpectedly. No error comes up or anything which absolute baffles me why it’s doing that. I have windows 10 installed everything is up to date, I don’t know what I have missed. I just want to play my game and enjoy it but the laptop is causing me havoc since moving the folders over I’m assuming before all of this I had no issues I had over 10,000 furniture mods and about 2,000 clothes, hair mods etc in different folders and that isn’t including the whicked wims , private practice etc mods, if any one could advise on anything would be great I am in 2 minds to go into curry’s and ask them but I do not know weather I can do that.
