Plumbob/ Sims Loading page Loop

After I added new mods to my Sims 4 I go to start the game and when it goes to the Plumbob or the spinning diamond page with tips running below it won't open or go to the choose household page. What should I do? The page is not frozen just on an endless loop. What can I do to fix this? I closed the game and started it again but it hasn't change anything. Help Please
