political career : interaction "make empty promises"
I need to secure votes and the only options available are Debate Politics from the Right, Promote Politics from the Left, Promote Policies, Ask for a Small Bribe or Secure Vote. After I promote policies it says that the sim I am talking to "is receptive and that political actions should be easier with this sim now" So I try to secure vote and it says "Try to Promote policies or Make empty promises. There is no interaction to Make Empty Promises. Reading the guide there should also be an interaction for Large or Small Bribes and there is only Small. I have left the game completely and logged back in and they are still not there.
Make Empty Promises should be located in the Mischief section of the pie menu. And Ask for Large Bribe only appears once the Sim's Charisma skill is high enough.
