Pre-Ordered Get to Work but it won't download

So I Pre-ordered Sims 4 Get to Work about an hour or so ago as it comes out tomorrow, the whole thing went smoothly and all that until it got to the end bit where it says download, so I clicked it so that when it comes out I can just play it right then like I did with the base game but when I click it, it takes me to my games but nothing happens. I tried a few times but nothing changed so I looked around and found out about clicking on game details on the base game. So I tried that and the expansion is there but there is no download button for it there, it's slightly transparent because it hasn't been released yet but there's no download option. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Origin has been messy with me all day.

    I'm still having to same problem but I thought the game is out today?

    Depends where you are. It isn't released for me yet (only going to be released tomorrow).

    You can check on when it will be available for you in Origin:

    • go to your My Games
    • Right-click Sims 4 and choose View Game Details
    • Scroll down to Expansion Packs
    • Hover over Get to Work - it should tell you when it'll be available

    I have had the same problem. Here is the solution it worked for me. : 

    To download your Sims 4 Get to Work, do the following:

    • open Origin and go to your My Games
    • Right-click on the Sims 4 icon and choose View Game Details
    • Scroll down to Expansion Packs - you will see Get to Work there
    • Download

    Iv done all of this and still I cant play it ☹️ I've even re-installed sims all over again?
