Prebuilt House Interior not Showing up?

I downloaded the sims 4 today and everything was running smoothly, I had a blast with character customization and created the perfect little family. Then I got in game and moved myself to an empty lot. I went through build mode tutorial and saw you could create styled rooms which was great cuz I can't build for my life xD I placed a prebuilt living room "furnished'' and it came up blank? there was no doors, no interior, Just walls, and my sims couldnt enter it. I then went into manage town and placed a prebuilt house down on my lot, same issue. finally I figured it was just the library and prebuilt content being a pain so I moved into a prebuilt house and the SAME issue. I have attached a screenshot of my invisible house. How can I fix this? Before you ask, I do NOT have any mods installed, no custom content, I am using a Windows, and I started playing today so the game hasn't worked for me before.
