- I tried the disabling lan method on Internet Explorer, but it turns out it already was disabled. I've tried restarting the computer and logging back into Origin and there's still trouble.
Maybe the problem is in my antivirus? However I'm not sure where I could find my antivirus software. I've already uninstalled McAfee, but the problem still exists. I don't have any quick troubleshooting tips, but have found a link to some troubleshooting tips that might help.
PC connection troubleshooting

I believe it’s antivirus related and something is preventing me from connecting to the ea server. If there are any ways to figure a fix on this, please let me know. Have you tried doing a web search on how to stop antivirus from blocking a program?
The link I shared before mentioned if the troubleshooting tips don't help, you may need to contact EA's customer support for more help.
