@Kayla_Marie_Moon Are you playing in multiple EA accounts on the same computer, within the same Windows account? Or are you using different computers or different Windows accounts? If everything is in one account, please see the first post of this thread for issues with disappearing saves:
If you're using different computers or accounts, you'll need to manually transfer your saves and other user data from one to the other. Let me know if this is the case and you'd like more specific instructions for transferring the files.
Oh, okay thanks for the help. And I play the Sims on the same computer, but I usually log out of the current EA account I'm logged into then I logged into another one on the same device just different accounts. But recently I don't have all those email accounts, because they were deleted from my computer. But did it also delete my saved data for the Sims?

@Kayla_Marie_Moon No, switching or removing EA accounts shouldn't have any effect on your local saves. In fact, the game would normally tell you that those saves exist but shouldn't be loaded because you're missing some pack or other that the saves use. Even uninstalling Sims 4 entirely doesn't normally remove saves, although there are exceptions. So please do search your computer and OneDrive for your missing saves.

Oh, I see. But I've tried searching for my missing files and I didn't see them, or perhaps I could be looking wrong, but I don't believe I am, before I reached out to EA for help, I checked plenty of times in my OneDrive. But it's fine I've made new sims and new games, so I'll just work with those. Thank you for the help!
