Problem resizing game window

After successfully firing the game up from the EA app just fine, I can no longer resize the game window to be as big or as small as I want it to be.

Tried repairing the game, but it didn't solve the problem.  Is anyone else having this issue and/or can anyone please advise me on how to solve it?
