problem with home of other family

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? ...
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? only some mods, but before there wasn´t any bug or any problem with them, bad mods i unistalled
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? you find it in normal game
What happens when the bug occurs? i try go inside house when i play with other family, no with my main family, and it doesn´t work, in built yes and in adjustment of worlds, but when i try play normally with family i can´t go inside house and when i try go floor up or down it doesn´t work either cuz´the button for floors is frozen so i can´t click on it
What do you expect to see? i expect that it will works again like before when i can go inside other family´s house with other family
