ah I don't know if it is useful as information, but otherwise the game works fine, with and without mods ...
i just have problems with downloading Sims Express Deliverye and downloads from the gallery, even for the gallery, the problem is the same,

and I have already tried to do all the things recommended by EA to fix gallery problems

@SimTecnologic  Avast may be blocking the SDX downloads even as it allows the game to otherwise function normally.  Please check Avast's settings: make sure it has explicit exceptions for both Sims 4 and Origin or the EA App (whichever you use), and if it's blocked anything from EA recently, tell Avast to allow that.  Here's what the settings should look like, more or less:

@puzzlezaddictAh I forgot to say first, that I have the Sims 4 game on Steam, so when playing it opens both that and Origin, I haven't switched to the EA app yet...

@SimTecnologic  I think your settings look fine, but I don't use Avast and therefore can't compare them directly.

Another thing you can try is opening both Steam and Origin as an admin: right-click on the desktop shortcuts and select "Run as administrator."  You can do this with Sims 4 too once the apps are running.

It's also worth testing in a clean boot in case some other application is causing the crashes.

@SimTecnologic  I'm glad to hear it's working, even if this caused more trouble than it should have.

The Sims Delivery content is always incorporated into the next patch.  So you'd only need to download data from any SDX releases that have happened since the most recent patch, with the possible exception of hotfix patches: these can have a very limited scope.  In other words, yes, all the previous SDX data is now in your game alongside all the other patch data.
