Problems moving from Origin to EA!

Starting at the beginning!

I lost all my packs and stuff when Origin closed for PC and moved to EA, no add-ons or the base game transferred though it was said that they would. Consequently I have had to download the base game again but it needs updating! I can't figure out if I need to download all the updates from mid-2022 until present but I'm stumped as to how to do it! Help please! I won't be in any hurry to replace all my add-ons as it would be far to expensive. I'd love to know where they all went!

  • Pipkin08  It sounds like you may have signed into the wrong EA account, as in, not the one that owns all your content.  It's been a common problem since the switch to the EA App.  Please see the accepted solution of this thread for more information:

    You don't need to download multiple updates; just updating once is sufficient, as is repairing.  The message about an update being required is an EA App issue right now and, as far as I've seen at least, has nothing to do with missing content.  Putting the EA App into offline mode can help sometimes.
