Problems with a few packs

Hi,

I have re-downloaded and deleted sims 4 multiple times trying to get my royalty and legacy pack to work. I am also having issues with businesses & hobbies and life & death expansion packs. I have removed mods multiple times and deleted what was in the mod folder. I am getting overwhelmed with this because I have not been able to fix this so I could play with the royalty pack.

I saw a few answers regarding this, but I bought the packs through EA directly, even pre-downloaded royalty & legacy. Are there any other options for fixing these issues?

I included an image of my create a sim screen, I have the packs loaded in the game. In the picture specifically life & death, businesses & hobbies, and royalty & legacy are "not available".

jEM1018 Are the packs listed under Marketplace > My Collection? If so, and they're merely deactivated, reenable them and restart the game.

That worked, thank you so much. I did not realize that the packs were deactivated. I didn't even think to look there. Thank you again I appreciate it and now I can finally play all of my packs.
