Problems with Sims 4 Cheat Codes

Having a issue with the sims 4 cheat codes.. i used the move objects cheat code in my game to add a house to one of the lots, didn't think i would have any issues turning it off, but now even if i use the cheat code again like it says to do to get it to turn off.. it shows up as turned off but when i go to add another home or building to my game it shows up still on and half the furniture in the homes have been taken out and replaced  or missing.

not sure what else i can do to fix this. i've tried repairing the game several times and also repairing and updating and i've even removed the game entirely and reinstalled it twice and this still happens.

anyone know what i can do to get this fixed.

    @innocence73 Is the cheat mode stuck in just one save game or if you start a new game does the cheat mode work correctly?

    The move objects cheat is used to move things where you could not normally place them. It can not cause things to be replaced or disappear. It sounds like you have downloaded a lot that uses CC items. Unless you have these CC items yourself they will be removed or replaced with basegame items. The author should in the description note what CC has been used and where to get it but sadly not all do. It will be marked as having CC though so you can see that some things will be either removed or changed if you decide to download it. You can remove the check by "Include Custom Content" in the search so you do not see those that includes CC.

    Edit. Note that EA changed the behavior when the author has used the move objects cheat to temporarily turn it on when placing such a lot and show you a warning that move objects had been used. Is that what you saw?
