I got my game at the end of last year and logged into my origin account and installed the game. I went back on a few days later and the game wasn't on my games. I put my disc into the laptop and it told me to put my product code in. I put it in and it said that the code had already been used but i have only used it on that same account. How can I get it to work and be able to play

You have already registered the game yourself and are trying to reinstall the game
The game does not need to be registered again. Login in the Origin Client with the Email/PW you first registered the game on and download and install the game from there. The game only needs to be registered once and you won't need the code again after your initial registration. This is true for both the DVD and the download version. You can skip the activation step on reinstalling.
