Product/confirmation code not found

hello I am trying to find my product code and I couldn't find it anywhere in any of my emails I bought sims 4 on steam and I don't got a code so is there anyway i can get a new one or something heres my steam receipt

    @spikethebatyt  This probably means you're signed into the wrong Origin account, as in, not the one that's linked to this Steam account.  To double-check, go to any EA site (like this one, or ea.com) click the sign in button, then instead of signing in, click the Steam icon and enter your Steam email address and password.  You'll land in the EA account tied to that Steam account, and you can compare that to the Origin account you have open in your screenshot.

    @spikethebatyt  You don't need a product code for Sims 4.  What you need to do is install Origin (not the EA App, still Origin), which you can download from here:

    Then launch Sims 4 from Steam, which will prompt you to link your Steam and Origin accounts and allow you to play.

    By the way, if you're within the window to get a refund from Steam, go ahead and do so.  Sims 4 is now free to play on all platforms, and the easiest way to run the game is from Origin or the EA App without involving Steam at all.

    don’t know if you still need this, but i just signed out and signed back in and it worked.
