Purchased EP but not able to install?
I just purchased Business & Hobbies EP, however after purchasing it didn't taking me to the download page. I checked manage add ons and it wasn't there and when I went back to the EP page it was asking me to purchase again? My bank is showing the transition as 'pending', I'm fairly sure the transitions are always listed as pending initially however I am always able to download.
Can someone advise me what happen? Did I not complete the transition properly somehow?
I was just having the same issue, I don't know if it'll definitely work but I just restarted my computer and they now are able to download.
