Purchased EP but not able to install?

I just purchased Business & Hobbies EP, however after purchasing it didn't taking me to the download page.  I checked manage add ons and it wasn't there and when I went back to the EP page it was ask...

    I was just having the same issue, I don't know if it'll definitely work but I just restarted my computer and they now are able to download.
