Purchased Stuff Pack showing as "unowned"

I purchased the Kids Room Stuff pack a few years ago. However when I have tried to open Sims 4 today, it is saying that pack is "unowned"

This is preventing me from opening old save files that has used items from that pack, as the Origin/EA App/download file doesnt think i own the pack.

I have the new EA App, I have updated Sims 4, I have tried repairing the game, i've tried restarting my laptop, but it is still saying i no longer own the game.

Hey all,

This issue should now be resolved, if you still can't access Dine Out please let us know.

I have the exact same problem just with the game pack "dine out"!
I've tried almost everything: repair the game, reset, hard reset, reinstalling origin ect. But still the same result.
Hope they come up with a solution.

Were you playing Dine Out through an EA Play membership, or had you purchased that pack?

@EA_Solaire through PlayPro. At that time it was a bundle. Does that have say? I have all the other packages and the rest in that bundle

@EA_Solaire It is currently active. But I read in another thread in here that it changed when it moved from Origin to EA and with the new update. So now its the basegame + go to work + a stuff package instead of "dine out". I haven't recieved or heard anything about the sudden changes so I've just chosen to quit my membership today

If you're an EA Play Pro member, you still get access to Dine Out as well- if that is no longer showing for you, we'll need the live support team to look over your account and see what's going on. Here on AHQ, I don't have access to your account to take a look.

You can contact the live support team through Twitter or Facebook so they can investigate this further with you.

@sandraronild Ibought the deluxe game when it first came out. Somewhere it changed to a bundle with Dine Out. I didn't pay for it - I just noticed it and the game still worked so I left if alone. Recently I get the message that Sims 4 + Dine Out is leaving EA play (huh). Then I noticed that the base game was there but the bundle was gone. I just bought Dine Out and the game was happy again.

As you adviced I wrote to them on Twitter. The acces to Dine Out is unfortunately removed and replaced with Get to Work.

Heya @sandraronild,

Any subscribers on PC who entitled the DDX content (Dine Out GP, Kids Room SP) prior to October 18th will keep all the DDX content as long as they are members.

Did your membership recently lapse? Otherwise you should still have this content.
