Purchasing problems and Payment issues
I have attempted several times to purchase the expansion pack for the sims 4 and kept getting an error code 10049 I think. While I had funds in my account and I attempted to retry to purchase the game as per suggestion's on the help page of your website, I notice that I have been charged several times for a $1.30 for every time I attempted to purchase the game.
