orw0w6823166 Hopefully this has resolved now, but if not, restart your computer, clear the App's cache:

and repair the game (Sims 4 > Manage > Repair). If that doesn't help, please let me know where the game is installed (Sims 4 > Manage > View properties) and what antivirus you use.
