Random Sims 4 crashes updated drivers, no solution

Hi.

My GF is experiencing random crashes on her PC, and we can't seem to find the reason why.

I have added DxDiag to the post, and i can't seem to attach the lastcrash, so here's a pastebin link for them:

First pastebin link is for a crash occuring at 2:59pm local time:

https://pastebin.com/A1uqsx8d

This second pastebin link is for the second-last crashlog, happening at 2:42pm local time:

https://pastebin.com/A7WY4UN2

There's no mods or custom content, only the officially available DLC's.

We have tried to repair the game from Origin, updated the graphics drivers, run the game in windowed fullscreen, turned off Origin In-Game, all to no avail. Still having random crashes.

There was no crashes while making the character, but when she's building the house, her game will randomly crash after 5-20 minutes.

Anyone who sees anything, or any ideas as to why it would still be an issue, with all the things we've tried?

Thank you for your time.

@TheSuperWolf100 Before doing the memorytest, we decided to try a full reinstall of the game. Now we are struggling with the reinstalls. Error 327684:1, and 327683:0.

I did have those in the beginning though as well, so i might be back on track regarding these. So i need to get the reinstall through, before i can test it.

@TheSuperWolf100 Alright. Got it fully reinstalled back, and no. Unfortunately, it did not fix the problem. It still crashes to desktop, no warnings or errors or anything.
  • @Nightstaber  There are a few different BlueScreens in your dxdiag in addition to the Sims 4 errors.  So it would be useful to see the minidump files from the BSODs.  Please open a File Explorer window and enter C:\Windows\Minidump in the address bar.  For any files you find from after this problem started happening (although the oldest may be gone), please right-click on them and select Copy, then right-click on your desktop and select Paste.

From there you can zip the files together and upload them to a free filehosting site.  Please link them here.

@Nightstaber  Sorry for the delay in responding.  I looked at the crash dumps last night but wanted to get a second opinion on them.  @holger1405 took a look as well, and we went over the info.

We think (he thinks) that it's reasonably likely that this is a hardware error, either the RAM or one of the hard drives.  Start with memory.  The most thorough tool is MemTest86, which is free; all you need is a USB stick you don't mind erasing.

    https://www.memtest86.com/index.html

    https://www.overclockersclub.com/guides/memtest86_memory_guide/

The most thorough approach is to test each RAM module separately and in different slots on the motherboard.  If you see an error, please let me know and save the result.

If MemTest comes up clean, the next step is chkdsk:

    • Hit Windows key-X
    • Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
    • Inside the window that appears, copy and paste "chkdsk /f /r c:" without quotes, and enter
    • You'll be asked to allow a restart; say yes

When the scan is done and your computer has rebooted, here's how to find the results:

@puzzlezaddict Thank you very much. I will look into this, both memory and checkdisk.

Your time and input is highly appreciated. Will let you know what i figure out =)
