Re: Base Game Worlds and Wall/Roof Patterns Missing

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? island living, get famous, Seasons, cats and dogs, city living, get together, get to work, realm of magic, vampires, outdoor retreat, vintage glamour stuff, spooky stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I honestly don't know if it's showing up for anyone else. If you go into a loaded game, everything appears normal from map view initially. But when I click play or edit on a family, and then go back to map view, that familys roof is gone on map view. It's happening to houses I built and ones that were premade by EA. In all the worlds I click on. When I exit and reload the game, my roof is back on mapview. But then if I try to play/edit it, the same issue occurs. Its not walls down view because I'm on maps view when this happens. Thank you for any help. My chimney and any other roof decor or wall decor is there but no roof.. It's not a mod I have downloaded. I've only ever downloaded clothing mods and haven't done so for years. I also tried turning custom content and mods off and reopening sims. I have the same problem. And my sims are invisible.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I don't think it counts as a patch but it just updated and it was working fine before the update.

In the screenshot1 you can see that it is on walls up view and the roof is gone on a premade EA house in Sulani.  and you can see my sims are invisible, and it's not still loading.  I can instruct the sims to do things and they do them.  I just can't see literally anything. 

Screenshot two you can see I'm missing one of my sims from my family but the other two are there for some reason. 

I literally have no idea what is happening.
