Sim's game won't start after the update, and maybe something went wrong after I ended my Xbox subscription. Help, please. I tried reinstalling the EA and Xbox apps, repairing them, checking for bad files, and so much more, but nothing worked. It just loads for a while and redirects me back to the EA app.
I'm having the same issue here. I think it's because of the new update. Hopefully EA will fix this issue soon.

If that doesn't help, let me know what happens when you try to play, including a screenshot of any error message you see.
