@megsb18xo Sorry for the slightly late reply; I didn't have time to do a thorough search earlier today. Anyway, there's a significant difference in performance, for the most part, between what you can get for £600 and what's available for a bit more, other than the first option. If you'd prefer to stay under £600 and don't particularly like the Dell, let me know, and I'll look for other options in that price range.
This Dell has a graphics chip that should be able to handle all Sims 4 packs together on at least medium-high graphics settings. I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about, but the more recent ones are positive, so maybe Dell had an issue with the laptops that got sorted out.

This one is £630 and has a graphics chip that's around 30% faster than the chip in the one above. It's also light and has a good battery life, plus a fairly good screen. It does come with Windows 10 S, meaning you'd need to upgrade to Home before installing Origin or Sims 4, but that's free and simple to do.

In case you don't like the Lenovo but want the same hardware, this Acer is £650 and has the same processor, graphics chip, storage, and RAM.

Another option is to get a laptop with an Intel i5-1135G7 processor. The graphics chip in that processor is a bit slower than the one in the Dell above, but it's still good enough for medium settings, and some people like Intel CPUs for other reasons. (I don't think it matters so much these days, but I'm not the one buying.) These have the same basic hardware; the differences are in screen size and quality and battery life. The second and third are the same, in case you have a preference for where to buy.
