@luciebellee The first one is better than the second: its graphics card is significantly faster, which is the most important detail. A 560X can run Sims 4 on either ultra or a mix of high and ultra settings; an MX250 would handle medium-high settings, but probably not better if you had most or all expansions installed. It would be nice to have a solid state drive, for faster loading of everything from Windows to apps, but it's not strictly necessary.
Edit: I merged your posts, since you mention a third laptop. If this computer is only for Sims 4 and light tasks, then 256 GB is probably enough storage, but it probably wouldn't be if you planned on installing other large apps or a collection of photos or music or something. If you're not going to do this, the laptop with the 256 GB SSD would be the best option, but make sure it's enough storage for what you'd like to do.
If you'd like to see other options as well, just post your budget and country, as well as any other considerations that matter to you.
