Hi again. I was searching for i7 options to see if any good deal appeared and I saw this one. Is it a better deal than the other one?

No. even though it is an I7 it is an older generation CPU and only dual core. The RAM is DDR3 not DDR4.

I would not recommend this.

If you can then wait for Black Friday. There you can usually get some good deals online at Midnight. Local stores may also have some deals.

Look for 7th generation CPU or 8th generation if you can afford that. RAM should be DDR4. 

An SSD drive 128GB is enough if there is a second HDD drive for storage otherwise go for 256GB or higher. A Hybrid drive is also OK.

A Geforce or AMD graphics card is a must. The newer the better.
