Here is my computer Dxdiag file:
It says there are no problems with my computer.
I'm pretty sure it's a game bug not my computer because I only have this problem in sims 4 not when I'm doing other things on the computer. I do use mods so I guess one of the mods could have somehow corrupted the game. It's just the mods were removed and it still happened. Thanks for answering my question.

not saying it's not an issue with the game. Just saying it's more a technical issue than a bug.
Anyways, your graphics drivers are from 2015. Try updating those through the AMD page and see if it makes a difference. - crinrict7 years agoHero+
Moving this to tech issues for further troubleshooting and info
Did you ever solve this problem? I'm having the same thing happen to me and I have no mods or cc.

@BeeGarciaHare
Try to play in windowed mode and if it will not work change the resolutions of the screen
I don't work for EA Was this ever resolved for you? Mine does this same thing.
@mrshsmiles10 This is usually related to having notifications enabled in Windows. Although you may not see the notification itself, your computer thinks you're clicking that and not the game. Disable notifications while you're playing and see whether it helps.
I'm only experiencing this bug myslef in 7 Days to Die. Your'e right, its an ingame bug. Restarting the computer bought me a couple days before the bug returned. Have you tried dad?
