If you've purchased an already used code from a 3rd party retailer, you'll need to get in contact with the retailer this code was purchased from for either a refund or replacement code. 

Please also read over the post here for more information on where to safely purchase packs from.

    @EA_Solaire I got into contact with the retailer and now they want me to find out at what date and time the code was activated. Is there a way to find that out?
