EA fix your game(sims 4)

I’m on ps5 and ever since the last update I haven’t been able to create a sim or really play it all. The game literally freezes or just stops working. And this happens every time I’m on it. I also have to press O for every DLC I bought because it keeps acting like it’s the first time I’ve see these DLCs. On my main screen (Which is pressing O 38 times) to only play for maybe 5 minutes.
