Yes. They are showing as installed under the 'manage add ons' section when you click on the sims 4 in the EA app.

Thanks, try clearing the cache for the EA app following these steps. If your packs still aren't appearing for you then, you'll want to reach out to the live support team so they can review your account details and entitlements for these packs to see what's happened.

I cleared the cache following the instructions, but no change. I am trying to contact EA through the link you sent me, but I can't work out how to get through to live support, it keeps suggesting I look through Sims 4 common help questions (none are about my situation). Is there a specific part of the website I need to go to?

I found the info page on troubleshooting my issue on EA Help. In the end, had to uninstall and reinstall the EA app, but it seems to be working now. Just thought I would let you know.
