My gallery hasn't been working for a couple of months now,I try to connect and it won't load,since last month I have a red X appearing on everything post on the gallery and it says "this object was not found" (or sth like that),I cant save my lots on my library cause they wont show,I cant access the gallery cause it wont let me.I have tried everything and I've been tweeting ,sending messages and commenting on thesims instagram but no one ever answered me !!! Help it is affecting my gameplay

    Method 1: Restart or Reset Your Router
    Method 2: Disable Antivirus and Firewall
    Method 3: Run Sims 4 as Administrator
    Method 4: Flush DNS Cache

    Hi @MARIAFOTT !  That is really frustrating!  There is a current thread for your issue here.

    May I suggest you click "me too" on the first post and see if crinrict's suggestions help.  It looks like you've already tried some of them.  By the way, from what I've read, you don't need to disable AV and firewall but add exceptions as crinrict explains in that thread.  If you still have problems, perhaps add your details in a post there.

  • @MARIAFOTT Ι FIXED IT!!!!!!!!!!
    Went on my Avast antivirous programm,clicked on the blocked/allowed apps ,removed "The Sims" from the blocked apps and I put it on the allowed along with Origin....it got fixed right away ♥

    @MARIAFOTT Do you have just the redx or a message that the game can't connect ?

    What antivirus are you running ? (even if you disabled it)

    Guess you also posted your own thread which was merged into this. Glad you solved it
