Hello,
I am really confused as to why my saved sims now have coloured patterns on their skin and question marks. Even when I try to create a new sim the same issue occurs. Also there are question marks everywhere as you can see in the screenshot attached.

If you have custom content or mods downloaded, then this is the most likely reason this problem is occurring. You might want to delete one of your cc or mods. If you don't have either of those downloading then reinstall Origin and The Sims 4. Hope this helps, have a good day!

Can I just ask what does it mean CC. I am not from english speaking country and have no idea what it is.
Help.... My Sims photos and family portraits are showing this image (attached) . Started in one household, now happening in most. I've repaired the game and performed clean install but not resolved. Also photos in sims inventory and moshino frames are the same. If I try to remove from the frame or inventory, the photos turn invisible and do not place. Any ideas?
