Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

@DJKata1  Please run a search for EP13 , which is the folder for Growing Together.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP13 in the search field in the upper-right corner.  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.

    I tried my best to expand the window to show the file paths, but some are cut off.

    @DJKata1  That's enough info for me to see the problem: you have the CAS Demo installed, and Growing Together is installed into that folder rather than the folder for Sims 4 itself.  Bathroom Clutter is probably similarly affected.  So I've merged your post with a guide for this particular issue.  Please see the first post on page one, specifically the "I have the CAS Demo" section.
