Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

I'm experiencing a problem with my Sims 4 expansion packs.

Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the game and the expansion packs multiple times, as well as removing the files, repairing the game, and logging in and out, the packs still don't appear in my game. The packs show up as owned in my account and when I check my packs in the game, they are listed as owned. But, none of the content from these packs is showing up in my gameplay. Do I need to manually add the expansion packs? If so, how?

    @Routinenormal00  I've merged your post with the master thread for this issue.  Please see the first post and accepted solution on page one.  The short version is, you may have a secondary install somewhere that you need to clean out, either manually or with a tool like Revo as described in the accepted solution.
