My Game's License isn't Recognized

Hello, fellow simmers! My Sims 4 started to freeze after a minute of loading or creating a game. I have installed mods all at once so I can't pin point the reason for freezing. I've cleared cache/repaired the game through EA and I've searched Google to no avail. I finally got to the point where I uninstalled the game and deleted all the folders for Sims 4. I just installed it and now EA won't recognize the game's license. Please help! I'm not a computer wiz so bare with me!
